We have a wealth of experience working on diverse infrastructure projects, ranging from smart city network installation, integrated transportation control and signaling systems, IT networking and server farm installations, to clean and renewable energy systems.
We are proud of our involvement in this major resort hotel project in Asia incorporating green and sustainable systems, including green roofing, rainwater collection and storage systems, grey water collection and purifying for irrigation and other purposes, solar energy panels, solar heated pools, ozone based water purification and filtration for pools to reduce chemical usage, incorporating recycled, salvaged and repurposed construction materials, energy and water efficient equipment and fixtures throughout the hotel, smart sensor systems to ensure energy conservation when guest rooms are unoccupied. A vital element in our activity has been to train and educate staff about effective green and sustainable practices to ensure ongoing effectivity in running the hotel systems.
At Lidolead Projects we have gained a great deal of experience in planning and managing green school construction projects. We have recently participated in a number of projects constructing sustainable lab buildings in a number of schools throughout Europe. Our brief was to provide a clean, healthy learning environment in keeping with stringent sustainability requirements. Among the systems we planned and installed were air ventilation, filtration, purification and monitoring; solar panels; energy efficient lighting systems; waste water filtration to eliminate lab toxins entering the environment; green roof natural insulation; use of recycled construction materials. The purpose of constructing green school buildings in multiple: to provide students and teachers with a pleasant learning setting with healthy ventilation and lighting conditions, to have a reduced environmental impact and carbon footprint, and to instill sustainable values in the students.
